Dacin, the third largest construction company of Taiwan, officially launched the first phase of its Vision Residential project on March 12.
Located in Tran Dai Nghia Street of Binh Tan district, at An Lac Roundabout, buyers found Vision Residential so attractive that the first two blocks have already been fully booked and the third block has just opened for sale.
The project was started in February 2016 on an area of around 60,000 square metres. It will consist of 10 apartment towers with a total of 1,980 units and 32 semi-detached houses.
Vision is also ideally located for daily commuters as it is right next to metro route 3A and the incoming BRT1.
According to Ku Cheng Fu, legal representative of Dacin, with Vision, the Taiwanese developer hoped to ease the shortage of accommodation for locals.
“Posited for the mid-range residential apartment segment, Vision is equipped with enough facilities to offer a modern and friendly living environment,” Fu said.
The first phase of Vision 1 consists of four blocks which offer a total of 620 units. These blocks were topped out already and are now being finished to be handed over to buyers later this year.
Vision’s units are priced between VND1.1 and VND1.5billion ($48,000 to $65,000), depending on their size (two or three bed-rooms).
Dacin was established in 1967 and operates in the construction sector. The company was listed in Taiwan and is ranked as the third largest construction company in Taiwan by the International Standard Organisation.
Dacin has many constructions in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
