Dai An Industrial Park: A Reliable Choice For Investment

Dai An Industrial Park is located at Km 51, Highway, connecting Hanoi and Haiphong. This Industrial Park was established by the Prime Minister 10 years ago, with area of 603 ha. In 2008, Hai Duong province has assigned the 379ha and 01 residential area of 18ha to develop the industrial park.

Until now, the entire infrastructure, ancillary projects, buildings and residential areas were built systematically and was put into use since 2005.

Right from the beginning, the purpose of the industrial park is not to be occupied at all cost, instead, enterprises were chosen to meet the standards requirement of the industrial park: high-tech industries, environment protection, and the use of high quality workforce. Especially, the extended industrial park has two industrial clusters, one cluster is for high-tech enterprises with an area of 50 ha, and the other has built-in factories for small and medium enterprises with an area of 30 ha.

In 2012, the Industrial Park has attracted 46 projects with total registered capital of over 900 million, employed over 23,000 employees and more than 200 foreign experts, the average investment rate on 1ha of land is 6.6 million USD, uses area of leasing land is 145/220ha, which is 66% of the total area .

To serve the needs of small and medium Japanese enterprises, in 2012, the Industrial Park has developed an industrial cluster with built-in factories, warehouses, offices, canteens and sports facilities with different unit areas such as: 288 m², 738 m², 1320 m².

In July 2013, the first five registered project will be handed over for machine and equipment installation, marking that Dai An Industrial Zone is developed in the right direction. In the continuous challenging context of the economic environment, Dai An Industrial Park will maintain, improve its achievements and Dai An Industrial Park will be continued to develop on the basis as a trusted destination for investors.
