The ICs are slow to be built and the infrastructure is completed, making the premises for industrial production - small industry not meeting demand. A number of dispersed production facilities and enterprises in residential areas cause environmental pollution.

In order to overcome the above situation, and at the same time create a strong enough force for the development of ICs, Dong Nai People's Committee has built very "open" support mechanisms, properly affecting the shortage of capital of investors and enterprises. , manufacture factory.

Accordingly, each district is funded by the Provincial Land Development Fund for compensation and site clearance to create a clean land fund for one IC. In particular, priority should be given to clusters in deep-lying, remote and difficult areas to attract investment such as districts of Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Xuan Loc and Cam My.

The investor constructing IC infrastructure is supported with the following items: provincial leveling, leveling, internal roads, water supply and drainage systems; support level of VND 20 billion / cluster; ICs with an area of ​​less than 30 ha support VND 15 billion / cluster. For small and medium-sized enterprises implementing relocation projects into ICs, they will be supported with the cost of dismantling, loading and unloading, moving, building facilities and infrastructure use fee at 30,000 VND / m² in the area of sub-lease of investor. Specifically: Support not exceeding 10,000 m² for medium-sized enterprises but not more than VND 300 million / enterprise; support not exceeding VND 5,000m² for small businesses but not exceeding VND 150 million / enterprise; support not exceeding 2,000 m² for business households but not exceeding VND 60 million / household. The province also provided funding for the first 4 years of operation to the district IC Center to perform the function of an infrastructure business unit for an IC that does not have an investor.
 With the above incentives, as of early February 2017, the whole province had 23/27 ICs with infrastructure investors. The construction of IC infrastructure as well as attracting secondary businesses is also very convenient.

Known to continue attracting investment in the development of ICs, besides the good implementation of the above preferential policies, Dong Nai will continue to study and supplement preferential policies, encourage investment attraction. manufacturing industry - handicraft, supporting small and medium enterprises ... Accordingly, focus on investing in technical infrastructure and support services outside the fence. There is a mechanism to support capital from the budget for infrastructure investment, and at the same time create favorable conditions for infrastructure construction projects of ICs. Investors, small and medium enterprises are entitled to preferential loans or post-investment interest rate support according to the project progress ...
