1. Infrastructure field of industrial parks

- Construction of Ham Kiem industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Tan Duc industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Son My industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Tuy Phong industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Ke Ga industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Ham Cuong industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Ba Dang ship industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Tan Hai industrial park infrastructure;
- Construction of Tan Phuc industrial park infrastructure.

2. Transport infrastructure and seaports

- Construction of new Phan Thiet railway station;
- Constructing the Central Highlands - Binh Thuan railway to serve bauxite mining, processing and socio-economic development in the Southwest region of the province;
- Building Vinh Tan special-use port (in service of Vinh Tan and Tuy Phong thermo-power centers);
- Building Ke Ga general port (in service of the Central Highlands bauxite - aluminum exploitation and cargo transportation);
- Research to build a transshipment port to import coal for thermal power plants in the region.

- Export garment factory with a capacity of 3 million products / year;
- Son My petrochemical refinery with a capacity of 3- 6 million tons / year;
- Project on building a power plant on Phu Quy island;
- Vinh Tan Thermal Power Center project, capacity 4,400 MW;
- Son My Thermal Power Center project with a capacity of 3,000-6,000 MW;
- Gas power plant with capacity of 1200 - 2400 MW;
- Wind power plants with a capacity of 500 - 3,000 MW;
- Liquefied gas processing factory (Son My industrial park);
- Nitrogenous fertilizer factory (Son My industrial park);
- Aluminum smelting factory and manufacture of aluminum products;
- Plant of building of composite materials with a capacity of up to 1,000 CV in Phan Thiet;
