Sea beetle
The beetles have the same family name as the shrimp, and each one is round and overlapping with a glossy brown armor. This species has a body similar to the enlarged one, in addition to two dense rows of legs and sharp claws.

Seagrasses are only seasonal, the catch is not much, so the selling price depends on the time. Many fishermen assert, talking about the deliciousness of the sea beetle meat, even lobster - which is called "king of seafood" - is a few inferior. To preserve the taste of rare specialties, coastal people only process sea beetles simply by steaming, boiling or baking methods. If you use other ingredients, the seaweed will lose its original flavor.

King crab
Emperor crab is one of the famous seafood specialties of Binh Dinh - Quy Nhon area and is recognized by fishermen as the king of crabs.

Seeing delicious, nutritious crab meat, the king requested that this species be sacrificed to the imperial palace. Since then, this species is called the king crab, called the camp to be the emperor.
King crab can make many dishes, but the most special one is steaming and porridge cooking. When enjoying steamed crabs, diners will dip with salt and green pepper. When cooking porridge, the king crab porridge will be very attractive with some yellow onion fat above, mixed with pink brick water and white flesh, dotted with green coriander stems.

I saw it with my own eyes that the shape of the ninja fish looks abnormal. Slippery skin like eel, 4cm in diameter, about the length of two gloves, black back. Not only that, the head of the fish has a short mustache, the tail ends abruptly, blocking like a seal. At a glance, people do not see anything eyes and nose because it is too small.
